Order processing times vary by product. Below are general timeframes; however, please refer to the product description for the most accurate processing speeds:

• Apparel and merch: Standard turnaround time is 2-7 business days.
• Kitchen stickers: Standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days.

We ship kitchen stickers to addresses in the US, UK, and Canada.

All other items currently do not ship to addresses outside of the US.

Yes! Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status on the carrier’s website.

Note: It may take up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

As each product is made to order, we only offer returns and/or exchanges if there is an issue. Please review the product details, including color and sizing charts, before placing your order. Returns and Exchanges will not be given for the wrong size. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us; we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 15 days of delivery at shemakesminis@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
